J’s Salsa
14.5-ounce can tomatoes
1/2 small onion
1 clove garlic
4-ounce can green chilies
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon basil
Mix in a small food processor,
until desired consistency.  

&J’s Tofu Cheese
12 ounces silken tofu
1/3 cup roasted red pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Blend till smooth. Serve with nacho chips.
