This delicious Summer Salad is found in the cookbook 100% Vegetarian.

Combine the following in a bowl:
1 cup diced tomato
1 1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 – 3/4 cup chopped avacado
1/4 cup sliced olives

Then sprinkle on the following:
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Toss lightly and serve.
